Term Two Principals Award

This week we had our Junior School Assembly.  Mrs Henderson came along and gave a certificate for excellence to one pupil from each class.  This term our E6 certificate for excellence goes to Rayan, because he gives his very very best...always!  Rayan gets to have a special morning tea with Mrs Henderson and the other excellent pupils next week!
We are so proud to have Rayan in our class.
Rayan is awesome at helping others.
He always says "I can do that for you Mrs Graham!"
Rayan loves to put his hand up and
share his clever thinking with the class.
Rayan knows that good learners try hard.
Rayan is so proud of his reading.  He stretches out letters in words all by himself.
Rayan loves exclamation marks and bold print - you should hear him read in his interesting story voice.  He sounds fantastic!
Rayan always checks that he is following instructions, and if he makes a mistake he is a star at 'fixing up' - sometimes all by himself!
Rayan is becoming an independent learner.  He knows that sometimes he has to try his best and have a go on his own, even when he is not sure if he is right.
Rayan loves to have fun with his classmates,
and always has a bright happy smile on his face.
✯  You are a super star Rayan   ✯

We think you deserve Mrs Henderson's special award this term because no matter what we are doing in the classroom, you are trying hard to give your best...always!

Lots of us in E6 are learning to give our very best so we can be super star learners.  I wonder what you think you have given your best at during Term 2 in E6?
