The animals in the story love to play in lovely mud. "Just LOOK at you!" said Mrs Wishy-washy, and then she put them all in a tub and wishy-washed them!
We have been learning to 'read-together'.
We sit beside each other, elbow to elbow, knee to knee.
We read the title together.
We read the words and the pictures together.
We make sure our reading buddy can see the words
and see the pictures.
Here is a clip of us learning to 'read together'. We are working hard to read the words we know straight away! We used our very interesting voices while we read out loud with each other. What wonderful expression E6.
This has been our favourite big book so far this year.
We can't wait to read more books about
